Your Opportunity to Join a World-wide Effort to Reach Kids for Christ!
"Camp-in-a-bag" is a term created by Indian Hills. It refers to an extra large duffel bag filled with sports equipment and program supplies; everything you need to run a children's camp. IHC’s provides our local and global mission’s trip contacts with a “camp-in-a-bag” after every trip to allow them to continue outreach in their communities.
Contents vary but our budget is around $700 per bag.
Because of high expenses, few supplies available, and lack of program training, camps overseas who receive our bags are so grateful for this gift. The content of each “camp-in-a-bag” varies from country to country. The essentials are: finger blasters, playground balls, small games, a megaphone, a volleyball net, water balloons, jump ropes, carnival games, Frisbees, a ball pump, cones & whistles, rope, field tape, and of course the "BIG BALL". Our goal is for the equipment and activities to last for years to come, allowing the host country to be more effective in reaching and teaching children for Jesus Christ! A great example of this is our mission’s partner, Arun, who has made camp available to thousands of children in India because of a donated “CIAB”.
