Indian Hills offers many opportunities throughout the year for service. Whether you are interested in volunteering, joining our staff, or serving during the summer, we may have just what you are looking for. IHC is a ministry dedicated to serving the Lord by serving his people. We have a whole lot of fun while serving and would love for you to consider joining our efforts.


Year Round Ministry

Store Clerk (Part Time)

Friendly and energetic. Needs to be someone who loves people; organizing experience with register and computer skills. 

Head Cook


Facilities Supervisor (Missional)

Supervision and budgeting of grounds, maintenance, housekeeping, pools, vehicles and general construction at IHC. Managing and development of all staff in this area, Responsible for annual budgeting and manage projected deferred maintenance 

Outdoor Educational Manager (Missional)

Create and maintain dynamic creative Outdoor Educational Programs. Must be excited about God's creation and passing on those wonders to grade school children. 

Resident Camp Registrar (Full Time/ Year Round)

Friendly people person who loves details, event planning and organizing. Has the ability to create and event and see it through to completion

Development and Marketing Director (Missional)

Plans, directs and coordinates all IHC Development activities, fundraising, marketing and special projects. Education and experience required. Strong media, newsletter and grant writing skills needed. 

Store Manager (Part Time)

Creative, energetic manager who loves people. Able to keep abreast of trends and creatively display merchandise. Ability to train, schedule and oversee 2-10 seasonal staff. 

Accounting Clerk (Full Time/ Year Round)

Accounting course work and two years of responsible office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of the principles of bookkeeping, GAAP and double entry accounting procedures. Need skill to make and verify computations with accuracy, to compile statistical data and prepare routine reports and to work under time constraints. Good knowledge of the English language, spelling and mathematics, of modern office practices and procedures, of office equipment, and of computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word and QuickBooks.
