Our Executive Director

Brian Schroeder

I joined the staff at Indian Hills Christian Camp in June 2023.  Before arriving at IHC, I was serving at San Diego Christian College; most recently as the Vice President of Operations and Athletic Director.  Previously, I spent 14 years serving on the staff of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  During my tenure, I served in a variety of capacities that were primarily camp-focused.  I spent 10 years directing FCA’s largest multi-sport camp in the country, taking place annually at UCLA.  Along with serving in local and regional capacities, I spent time training FCA camp leaders from around the globe.

The chance to join the team at Indian Hills in pursuit of the mission of reaching kids for Jesus Christ through camping is a humbling opportunity.  There is a rich history, an impactful current ministry, and an exciting future at IHC.  The stories of lives impacted for Christ through camp are numerous and I am excited to play a small role in providing that opportunity for the next generation of campers.
